Parking: We offer free parking on the premises. The parking spot can accommodate two vehicles.
Dogs: We love dogs and allow up to two dogs (no breed or age restrictions, provided they are fully house-trained). If you have more questions, feel free to contact us. The cottage has an enclosed garden. There is a small charge of £15 per dog per stay. Large dog crates are available to borrow on request.
Wi-Fi: Yes, high-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. The network name and password will be provided upon check-in.
Cleaning Fees: A cleaning fee is included in the cost of your booking. This covers the cleaning service post-check-out to prepare the property for the next guests.

Cancellation Policy: Guests who cancel at least 14 days prior to check-in will receive a full refund. For cancellations made within 14 days of check-in, refunds will be issued only if the dates are rebooked by another guest.

The cottage is down a country lane (top of the lane is sign posted “Trillis”). There are hedges either side on your way down, you will pass a wooden farm gate on your left marked “Trillis” , continue past this gate and very shortly afterwards there will be a white cottage on the left with outside lights and a sign “Trillis Cottage”. There is plenty of parking and space to turn around on the driveway. DO NOT CONTINUE PAST THE COTTAGE OR TURN LEFT OUT OF THE DRIVEWAY even if your sat nav thinks you can (it is a greenlane track only suitable for off road vehicles)!
